Job Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified Organizational Psychologist to join the leadership team of a leading real estate and property development organization based in Dubai. This strategic role is designed for a senior professional who combines psychological expertise with business acumen, supporting leadership effectiveness, organizational culture, and employee well-being to drive sustainable business performance.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, leveraging evidence-based psychological frameworks to influence culture, engagement, talent development, and organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Advisory

• Serve as a strategic partner to the executive and leadership teams on people-related decisions and organizational effectiveness

• Provide expert psychological insight to inform leadership behaviors, culture, and performance management

Employee Well-being & Engagement

• Design and implement initiatives that enhance employee well-being, resilience, and engagement

• Provide confidential psychological support, assessments, and guidance in alignment with organizational needs

Leadership Development & Coaching

• Conduct executive coaching, leadership assessments, and development programs for senior leaders and high-potential talent

• Support succession planning, leadership capability building, and talent readiness initiatives

Organizational Development & Culture

• Collaborate with HR and business leaders on organizational development, change management, and culture transformation programs

• Analyze workplace behavior, morale, and engagement data to provide actionable insights and recommendations

Talent Assessment & Evaluation

• Lead or support talent assessment, leadership evaluation, and succession planning frameworks

• Apply psychometric tools and behavioral analysis to support informed talent decisions

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or Clinical Psychology

• Licensed or certified psychologist with demonstrated corporate or organizational experience

• Proven experience advising senior leadership teams and supporting organizational change initiatives

Skills & Competencies

• Strong coaching, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

• High level of discretion with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally

• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate psychological insights into business impact

Preferred Experience

• Background in employee engagement, leadership development, and talent assessment

• Experience working within multinational or cross-cultural environments, preferably in real estate, construction, or property development

• Strong executive presence and credibility to operate effectively at leadership level
