This key leadership role involves diagnosing organizational challenges, designing and implementing optimized structures and processes, and collaborating with senior leaders to ensure alignment with government objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement organizational development strategies to enhance government efficiency.
• Oversee structural reviews, realignments, and process optimization projects.
• Partner with senior leaders to assess needs, facilitate development workshops, and secure buy-in.

Requirements:
