The role involves taking guest orders over the phone, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, and ensuring an exceptional in-room dining experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle guest food and beverage orders via telephone with professionalism and efficiency.

• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at every step.

• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

• Maintain full knowledge of the food and beverage menu.

• Ensure safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are upheld at all times.

• Use Micros system efficiently to process orders and manage requests.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within an international hotel or high-volume operation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of Micros POS system is an advantage.

• Ability to multitask, remain patient, and maintain a positive attitude with guests.

• Passion for hospitality, food, and customer service.

• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
