We’re currently looking for an Order & Project Coordination Specialist to join our Dubai office. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless execution of our project order lifecycle, from order intake to final delivery and invoicing. Your Role & Responsibilities:

Manage the full order-to-cash (OTC) process using SAP modules (OTC, PLTP, FI).

Handle commercial terms of customer contracts including Letters of Credit, INCOTERMS, Export Control, and Logistics.

Liaise closely with Project Management, Finance, Sales, Logistics, and Service teams to ensure successful project execution.

Create and monitor purchase orders with external vendors, ensuring timely deliveries.

Address customer inquiries and manage correspondence to meet contract requirements.

Monitor demand availability through coordination with the supply chain team.

Track and report risk factors, updating ongoing risk analysis documentation.

Issue accurate invoices and follow up on outstanding payments, escalating as needed.

Regularly check and manage customer credit limits and payment terms.

Ensure Salesforce is updated with accurate project and revenue data to support month-end reporting.

Participate in bi-weekly business and sales operations meetings with the MEA team.

Provide timely updates to the Head of Order Management MEA on delivery status and potential risks.
Your Profile:
-
3–5 years of experience in order processing, sales support, or project coordination, preferably in the Middle East or Africa region.

Strong hands-on experience with SAP (OTC, PLTP, FI modules).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Experience using Salesforce CRM for project tracking and reporting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).

Proficiency in French or Arabic is an added advantage.

A business-related degree is preferred.
