Job Title: Order Management & Sales Operations Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Management & Sales Operations Executive to oversee the complete order fulfillment lifecycle—from post-sales confirmation to final delivery. This role bridges the gap between Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Credit Control to ensure accurate processing, timely approvals, and smooth customer handovers.
Key Responsibilities:

Take end-to-end ownership of the order cycle once the Purchase Order (PO) is received.

Prepare comprehensive order summaries including:
-
Final pricing verification and margin checks
-
End-user and project details
-
Complete Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
-
Any customer-specific notes or special instructions
-

Collaborate with the Sales team to verify inputs and clarify discrepancies before order submission.

Submit orders to Operations for logging into the ERP/order management system.
-
Coordinate with Credit Control and Management to obtain necessary order approvals based on customer profile, payment terms, and deal value.

Ensure the Procurement team places vendor orders once internal approvals are secured.

Serve as the main liaison for vendors and customers by providing:

Delivery schedules
-
ETA and tracking updates
-
Order status reports
-

Follow up on collection of Post-Dated Cheques (PDCs), advance payments, and any export compliance documents.

Work with the Credit team to release goods for delivery once payment terms are fulfilled.

Coordinate with Logistics to arrange deliveries and ensure successful customer handover.

Maintain accurate documentation and order milestone trackers to ensure transparency and accountability.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field

2–4 years of relevant experience in Sales Support, Order Coordination, or Sales Operations

Knowledge of UAE Free Zone regulations and GCC cross-border order handling is a strong advantage

Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems such as Navision, Oracle, or SAP
