Job Summary:
Panduit is seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Coordinator to join our team in the UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering distributor orders into our order management system and handling subsequent order maintenance. Key Responsibilities:

Input distributor orders into the company’s order management system with a high degree of accuracy

Maintain and update orders as necessary, ensuring alignment with customer requests and internal processes

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any order-related discrepancies or issues

Ensure timely processing of orders to meet customer delivery expectations

Communicate order status updates with relevant stakeholders
Qualifications:

Previous experience in order processing, administration, or a related field is preferred

Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills

Familiarity with ERP or order management systems is an advantage
