This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM – Global HR, who can lead architectural solution design, drive delivery excellence, and provide strategic guidance across enterprise-wide implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design & Strategy:

• Develop scalable, reliable, and manageable enterprise-wide architecture
• Lead solutioning for new deals and major change requests
• Analyze client requirements and define target-state solutions
• Document architectural designs and validate prototypes
• Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to align solutions with business goals

Delivery Enablement:

• Provide technical leadership and ensure design quality across delivery teams
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Recommend tools for automation and productivity improvement
• Maintain architecture standards and frameworks

Client Engagement:

• Support pre-sales efforts and present solution designs to clients
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
• Demonstrate thought leadership and act as a strategic advisor

Competency Building & Branding:

• Mentor junior architects and contribute to talent development
• Create POCs, white papers, and case studies
• Represent Wipro in industry forums and contribute to thought leadership

Team Management:

• Forecast talent needs and manage team resourcing
• Drive onboarding, training, and performance management
• Foster employee engagement and promote diversity in leadership

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM – Global HR
• Proven experience in enterprise architecture and solution design
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outcomes
• Experience with pre-sales, client presentations, and technical mentoring
