Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with extensive experience across Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, Purchasing, and Product Data Hub (PDH). The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of full-cycle Oracle SCM Cloud implementations, particularly in Inventory and Order Management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory & Order Management (Primary Focus)

Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Inventory and Order Management modules
-
Handle stock movements, material transfers, and cycle counts
-
Define fulfillment strategies including ATP (Available-to-Promise) logic
-
Set up pricing strategies, shipping configurations, and orchestration rules
-
Ensure seamless integration with other Oracle Fusion modules
2. Procurement & Purchasing
-
Deploy Oracle Procurement Cloud for contracts, negotiations, and supplier management
-
Configure supplier qualification processes and manage supplier portals
-
Enable catalog procurement and streamline purchasing workflows
3. Product Data Hub (PDH)
-
Define governance policies and item classifications for master data
-
Implement centralized product data management with PDH
-
Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across Inventory, Order Management, and Procurement modules
4. Reporting & Integration
-
Use OTBI, BI Publisher, and SQL for custom reporting
-
Collaborate with technical teams for integrating Oracle SCM with third-party systems (e.g., WMS, ERP)

Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in Oracle SCM Cloud
Qualifications & Skills:

8–10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud
-
Strong command of Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Purchasing, and PDH modules
-
Knowledge of SCM best practices and integration techniques
-
Proficient in Oracle SQL and reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI)

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and conduct end-user training
Preferred Certifications:

Oracle Cloud SCM Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Desired Profile:
