Job Summary:
KPMG Lower Gulf is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Solution Architect to lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials modules. This role involves working closely with clients to define future-state processes, ensure scalable cloud solutions, and drive transformation across multiple industries and geographies in the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Leadership:

Lead architecture and implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, etc.).

Conduct solution design workshops and define client future-state processes using Oracle ERP capabilities.

Translate client business needs into best-practice Oracle Cloud solutions.

Create data migration, integration, and reporting strategies.

Guide and mentor functional consultants and client teams.

Build and manage high-performing implementation teams.
Client Engagement & Project Delivery:

Oversee large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP implementations across countries and entities.

Ensure adherence to Oracle Cloud best practices and KPMG Powered methodology.

Conduct fit-gap analysis, configuration validations, and testing support (SIT/UAT).

Facilitate client training sessions and post-go-live hypercare.
Business Development Support:

Support presales activities including solution strategy, proposal creation, and effort estimation.

Conduct Oracle ERP product demos and client workshops.
-
Assist in RFP responses and present solutions during bid defenses.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA, CMA, or Oracle certifications preferred.

10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials implementations, with 5+ years in Oracle Cloud ERP.

Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and regional localization in the Middle East.

Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency implementations.

Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills.
-
Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
-
Willingness to travel across the Middle East for project delivery.
