Job Summary:
KPMG Lower Gulf is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Solution Architect to lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials modules. This role involves working closely with clients to define future-state processes, ensure scalable cloud solutions, and drive transformation across multiple industries and geographies in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Leadership:

  • Lead architecture and implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, etc.).

  • Conduct solution design workshops and define client future-state processes using Oracle ERP capabilities.

  • Translate client business needs into best-practice Oracle Cloud solutions.

  • Create data migration, integration, and reporting strategies.

  • Guide and mentor functional consultants and client teams.

  • Build and manage high-performing implementation teams.

Client Engagement & Project Delivery:

  • Oversee large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP implementations across countries and entities.

  • Ensure adherence to Oracle Cloud best practices and KPMG Powered methodology.

  • Conduct fit-gap analysis, configuration validations, and testing support (SIT/UAT).

  • Facilitate client training sessions and post-go-live hypercare.

Business Development Support:

  • Support presales activities including solution strategy, proposal creation, and effort estimation.

  • Conduct Oracle ERP product demos and client workshops.

  • Assist in RFP responses and present solutions during bid defenses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA, CMA, or Oracle certifications preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials implementations, with 5+ years in Oracle Cloud ERP.

  • Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and regional localization in the Middle East.

  • Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency implementations.

  • Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.

  • Willingness to travel across the Middle East for project delivery.
