Cinergie Digital is seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS PL/SQL Consultant to join their full-time, on-site team in Dubai. This position requires deep experience in Oracle EBS (both 11i and R12), especially in the HRMS, Payroll, and OTL modules. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building, customizing, and supporting Oracle ERP solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize and build Oracle ERP solutions focusing on HR and Payroll modules.

• Handle RICEW components and complex business requirements with precision.

• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements.

• Optimize PL/SQL code and ensure top-tier performance of systems.

• Support Oracle Workflow, Oracle Forms & Reports, OAF, and ADF integrations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 7+ years of Oracle EBS implementation and support experience (11i & R12).

• Advanced Oracle PL/SQL development skills.

• Experience with Oracle HRMS, Payroll & OTL modules.

• Proficiency in Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, OAF, and ADF.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-centric environment.
