Operations Team Lead

Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: AED 7,000–10,000 per month (inclusive of allowances) + duty meals

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site visits to food truck locations across Dubai for staff audits and onboarding of new team members.

• Develop and deliver training programs for new team leaders, enhancing decision-making and supervisory skills.

• Perform frequent audits at the central kitchen to ensure product preparation meets the brand’s quality and consistency standards.

• Lead and oversee operations during special events, pop-ups, and brand activations, ensuring smooth execution with a hands-on approach.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in kitchen operations management, focusing on quality control and staff training.

• Proven track record in conducting staff audits and onboarding training for new joiners.

• Must hold a valid UAE driving license and have own vehicle.

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
