Position: Operations & Training Team Lead – Food & Beverage

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Operations & Training Team Lead who will take charge of kitchen quality, staff training, and event execution. The role involves on-the-ground audits, training future leaders, and maintaining consistency in product and service delivery across all mobile food units and central operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit various food truck locations to conduct staff audits, onboard and train new team members.

• Design and lead internal leadership training programs to grow supervisory capabilities.

• Conduct regular quality audits at the central kitchen, ensuring food prep meets brand standards.

• Lead operations during wellness events, activations, and pop-ups with hands-on involvement.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in kitchen operations with a focus on training and quality assurance.

• Proven experience in conducting audits and training new hires in a fast-paced F&B environment.

• Must hold a valid UAE driving license and own a vehicle.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for healthy living and hospitality.
