Job Summary:
The Operations Supervisor is a key position responsible for supervising dispatch teams, overseeing daily transport operations, and ensuring compliance with safety, efficiency, and service delivery standards. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in fleet management and operational coordination, and who thrives in a high-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the execution of the annual operational plan for assigned areas and ensure all dispatcher activities are aligned.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational targets for continuous improvement.

• Assist in developing and adjusting route plans and monitor the daily tasks of Operations Dispatchers.

• Ensure staff attendance at required awareness and safety programs.

• Oversee driver shift management and ensure proper vehicle assignments in line with approved routes.

• Coordinate with Operations Specialists on vehicle-related activities including training, attendance, maintenance, hygiene, and fuel tracking.

• Monitor and respond to incidents such as traffic violations and accidents; arrange for immediate replacements to maintain service continuity.

• Ensure driver schedules are followed and shortages are covered via standby staff.

• Verify that operational data aligns with information recorded in the Fleet Management System (FMS).

• Compile reports on passenger transfers, accident rates, operational efficiency, and achievement of KPIs.

• Collaborate with the QHSE office to ensure operational compliance with organizational safety and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent professional certification.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in transport operations or fleet management.

• Proficiency in operational monitoring and statistical analysis.

• Strong understanding of route optimization, vehicle safety standards, and scheduling.

• Excellent communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.

• Comfortable working in both office (70%) and field (30%) environments.
