Securitas USA Northeast Region, a global leader in protective services, is currently seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee and manage security operations across multiple sites. Based in Dubai, this full-time on-site position offers a competitive annual wage of $70,000 and provides an excellent opportunity to be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to safety and service. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a shift or segment of guarding operations across various locations

• Manage and support a team of Field Supervisors and security personnel

• Ensure post orders are followed, conduct site inspections, and enforce service standards

• Act as a liaison with line management and client representatives, ensuring high-quality service delivery

• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, training, and coaching activities

• Maintain and submit accurate payroll and employee documentation

• Assist with planning and implementing new client accounts and security assessments

• Monitor compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

• Provide input on operational improvements and assist with legal, HR, and financial matters when needed

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven management experience, preferably in a multi-site operations or security role

• Strong leadership and communication skills with a customer-focused approach

• Ability to work 2nd and 3rd shifts as required

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Knowledge of security protocols and operational procedures

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
