Job Overview

The Operations Supervisor will oversee security personnel at client sites, ensuring compliance with post orders, timely completion of rounds, and proper incident reporting. The role requires leadership in training, supervising, and managing security teams, while maintaining high standards of safety and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other staff at client locations.

• Ensure compliance with post orders and completion of patrols and inspections.

• Train and orient new security personnel.

• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate coverage of posts.

• Prepare, file, and submit required reports.

• Conduct regular inspections and meetings with team members.

• Handle employee coaching, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.

• Participate in hiring and termination processes as needed.

• Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate with authorities and clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• Minimum age of 18 years.

• Experience in security operations with emphasis on patrol and inspection.

• Strong organizational and computer skills.

• Advanced supervisory and management experience in security.

• Valid Driver’s License.

• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

• Strong de-escalation and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $52,000/year

• Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
