Amazon is hiring an Operations Supervisor to support its logistics and transportation operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves team supervision, performance monitoring, and process optimization to ensure seamless delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Daily Operations Management

• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily logistics activities.
• Supervise logistics assistants, coordinators, and delivery associates.
• Ensure that all shipments are delivered on time and within operational KPIs.

🔹 Performance & Process Improvement

• Monitor team performance metrics and provide coaching when necessary.
• Work with different departments to enhance logistics processes.
• Communicate with delivery service providers to ensure high-quality service.

🔹 Team Development & Administration

• Interview and train new associates for logistics roles.
• Handle workload briefings and monitoring of all drivers and associates.
• Track and report site performance metrics to the Operations Manager.

🔹 Physical & Shift Requirements

• Lift and move packages up to 15 kg and push carts up to 100 pounds.
• Be flexible with shifts and overtime as per business requirements.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
✔ Familiarity with performance metrics & process improvement.
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to handle physical tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
