Revolut is looking for an Operations Manager (Product) to help tackle complex challenges and drive growth in the global fintech landscape. This role involves defining long-term strategies, launching new verticals, analyzing competitive positions, and helping shape product propositions and go-to-market strategies. The position is remote, allowing you to collaborate across regions and contribute to the evolution of Revolut’s fintech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop long-term strategies for specific fintech verticals and collaborate with product departments to define cohesive strategies.

Analyze market trends and competitive positions, feeding insights back into company strategies.

Track and analyze product performance and competitive dynamics globally.

Help scope and launch new verticals, including defining product propositions and go-to-market strategies for new expansion markets.

Work with Expansion and Territories teams to help Revolut launch in new markets successfully.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

A 2:1 degree from a top-tier university in STEM or other highly quantitative fields.

3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity/venture capital, or a fast-growing tech company in a product/strategy role.

A passion for problem-solving, customer empathy, and a user-centered approach to product design.

Proven track record of outstanding achievements in various areas.
Nice to Have:

Experience building successful financial products using data, customer feedback, and/or machine learning.
