We are recruiting an experienced Operations Manager (MEP) to lead end-to-end Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations for high-rise residential and mixed-use developments in Dubai. This senior role requires strong technical expertise, people leadership, and commercial acumen to deliver high-quality hard services while maintaining safety, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Reporting to senior management, the Operations Manager will oversee multiple sites, manage operational teams, and act as the primary client liaison, ensuring service excellence, cost control, and continuous operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service Delivery

Lead and manage hard services (MEP) operations across assigned residential and mixed-use sites

Ensure service delivery aligns with FM contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and statutory compliance requirements

Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and performance reviews to maintain service quality and safety

Manage site handovers and takeovers, ensuring seamless operational transitions
Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the main point of contact for clients on all operational matters

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and contract retention

Handle escalations professionally and implement corrective actions in a timely manner
People, Cost & Performance Management

Lead manpower planning, resource allocation, and team performance management

Prepare and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost control and efficiency

Support invoicing, reporting, and financial tracking in coordination with commercial teams
Strategic Planning & Business Growth

Collaborate with FM Managers to develop operational strategies and improvement plans

Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying opportunities for service expansion

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Qualifications & Experience
-
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Facilities Management technical roles
-
At least 4–5 years in a management-level position within the FM industry
-
UAE-based FM experience is mandatory
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (essential)

Strong knowledge of FM contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards

Proven business development exposure with experience in creating and growing client opportunities

Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
Salary & Benefits

Salary: AED 25,000 – 30,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
