About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced Operations Manager – Facilities Management (FM) on behalf of a leading FM service provider in Dubai. This role requires a strong leader who can oversee end-to-end facilities operations across multiple sites, with a particular focus on high-rise residential towers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering operational excellence, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and maintaining high resident satisfaction standards in premium residential environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day facilities management operations across assigned sites

• Oversee maintenance and service delivery in high-rise residential towers

• Provide strong leadership and direction to operational and technical teams

• Ensure compliance with FM contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory standards

• Monitor operational performance, cost control, and service quality

• Maintain high levels of resident and client satisfaction

• Identify operational improvements and implement best practices

• Support business development initiatives and contribute to securing new contracts

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in a management role within the Facilities Management industry

• Mandatory UAE experience in FM operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (essential)

• Strong understanding of FM contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and compliance frameworks

• Proven business development experience with a track record of generating and growing new opportunities

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
