Operations Manager and Executive Assistant
Ateca Consulting Dubai , UAE
  • Ateca Consulting is hiring an Operations Manager and Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a group of multinational companies from their Dubai office. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring a proactive, highly organized individual with strong interpersonal and administrative skills. The selected candidate will not only manage the CEO’s complex schedule and correspondence but also lead the operations team to ensure smooth business operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.

  • Manage the CEO’s schedule, travel, and meeting logistics with precision.

  • Prepare and edit communications, presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.

  • Coordinate high-profile meetings and events in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

  • Compile research and data to prepare reports and presentations as needed.

  • Liaise between the CEO and senior leadership, track project progress, and follow up on action items.

  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively resolve potential issues to maintain a seamless workflow.

  • Handle confidential information with utmost integrity.

  • Oversee the Operations team, arranging travel, coordinating visas, and ensuring effective deployment of staff for global assignments.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proven experience in an executive assistant or similar high-level administrative role.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders across all levels.

  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

  • Experience supporting other senior management with administrative duties is a plus.
