Kinetic Business Solutions is hiring an experienced Operations Manager on behalf of a leading banking client in Umm Al Quwain, UAE. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on managing core banking operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the banking and financial services sector, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing centralized banking operations in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day banking operations including account opening, maintenance, and closure in compliance with internal and external regulations.

Lead process automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure robust system controls are in place to protect the operational environment.

Coordinate and manage internal, external, and regulatory audits.
Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree is essential; MBA is an added advantage.

Proven experience as an Operations Manager within the UAE’s Banking or Financial Services industry.

Hands-on experience with centralized banking operations.

In-depth knowledge of UAE banking regulations, compliance, and risk management.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Must be available for face-to-face interviews in Umm Al Quwain.
