Villegas Recruitment Firm is hiring for a client in the investment and marketing services sector. They are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to streamline and enhance internal workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the overall strategic direction of the business. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, with an option for one remote workday per week. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in operations, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze internal operations and workflows to identify and implement improvements

• Conduct regular strategy review meetings to monitor business development efforts

• Lead annual performance reviews and refine operational processes accordingly

• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and legal standards

• Manage and align the operational budget with the overall business goals

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar operations leadership role

• Native or bilingual proficiency in Arabic is required

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and collaborate cross-functionally across business units

• Willingness to work 6 days a week with flexibility for 1 remote day weekly
