Partora, the GCC’s first AI-powered automotive spare parts marketplace, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Dubai office. The role focuses on vendor onboarding, logistics coordination, customer satisfaction, and cross-team management, ensuring smooth execution as Partora scales across the UAE and GCC.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead vendor onboarding, managing a team to sign up scrapyards, used parts dealers, and OEM suppliers.

Oversee logistics, including courier partnerships and branded fleet operations (Partora Express).

Develop and implement SOPs for onboarding, order tracking, refunds, and service quality.

Ensure timely resolution of buyer and seller queries to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Manage and support sales, marketing, and support teams in Dubai office.

Provide weekly performance reports on vendor growth, order volume, and customer satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, VAT processes, and KYC requirements.
Skills and Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

2+ years’ experience in operations, logistics, or marketplace management (automotive or e-commerce preferred).

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Fluent in English; Arabic, Urdu, or Hindi is a plus.

Good understanding of UAE market dynamics, preferably in automotive.

Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and execute quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.
