The company is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee self-storage facilities, optimize marketing and sales strategies, and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will manage staff, contracts, financial reporting, and strategic initiatives to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee full operational management of self-storage facilities and staff (8 employees).
• Optimize marketing and sales channels while developing new strategies.
• Maximize occupancy rates by filling vacant units and securing new tenants.
• Enhance operational efficiency through staffing, cost structure, and pricing strategies.
• Manage critical communications with clients and counterparties.
• Oversee contract administration, invoicing, and payments using CRM and financial software.
• Coordinate accounting and management reports with finance personnel.
• Provide regular performance reports to the head office and shareholders.
• Participate in strategic initiatives for business growth and operational improvements.

Skills Required:

• Current residency and work experience in the UAE.
• Proven experience in warehouse or self-storage management.
• Ability to lead a multicultural team of administrative and operational staff.
• Strong command of marketing and sales tools, techniques, and channels.
• Solid understanding of operational and financial performance indicators.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Russian and English (mandatory).
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills.
