Operations Manager


Burjline Builders is a fast-growing logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment company specializing in self-storage solutions. The company is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee self-storage facilities, optimize marketing and sales strategies, and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will manage staff, contracts, financial reporting, and strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee full operational management of self-storage facilities and staff (8 employees).
- Optimize marketing and sales channels while developing new strategies.
- Maximize occupancy rates by filling vacant units and securing new tenants.
- Enhance operational efficiency through staffing, cost structure, and pricing strategies.
- Manage critical communications with clients and counterparties.
- Oversee contract administration, invoicing, and payments using CRM and financial software.
- Coordinate accounting and management reports with finance personnel.
- Provide regular performance reports to the head office and shareholders.
- Participate in strategic initiatives for business growth and operational improvements.
Skills Required:
- Current residency and work experience in the UAE.
- Proven experience in warehouse or self-storage management.
- Ability to lead a multicultural team of administrative and operational staff.
- Strong command of marketing and sales tools, techniques, and channels.
- Solid understanding of operational and financial performance indicators.
- Ability to analyze large volumes of data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Russian and English (mandatory).
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills.
