The Swiss International Scientific School in Dubai (SISD), part of Nord Anglia Education, is seeking an Operations Manager. The role requires ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the school, while maintaining the highest service levels. The Operations Manager will oversee the delivery of building maintenance, services, and key projects, managing budgets and ensuring compliance with legal and operational standards. The role demands strong leadership, strategic vision, and effective stakeholder management across the school’s internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations to ensure a premium level of service for the school, ensuring cost-effectiveness and legal compliance.

• Collaborate with school leadership and external vendors to create and manage campus management projects and budget plans.

• Oversee the delivery of building maintenance services, ensuring the school’s facilities remain in top condition.

• Lead large-scale procurement projects alongside the Regional Operations Director and central teams.

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance for the school’s operational needs, ensuring that key projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

• Work closely with the Regional Operations Director and Global Health and Safety (HS) Lead to ensure full compliance with health and safety standards.

• Drive the strategic direction of operations, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within an educational institution or premium service environment.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage internal teams and external partners.

• Experience in project management, including budgeting and procurement processes.

• Knowledge of health and safety compliance standards, particularly in educational settings.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work strategically and manage multiple high-priority tasks.
