Job Title: Operations Manager
Job Description:
MyPortfolioHost is a rapidly growing company specializing in short-term rental and holiday home management. We operate and manage high-quality, fully furnished properties across Dubai, listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and our proprietary booking site, Roomszy. We aim to help property owners maximize their earnings while we take care of the day-to-day operations — from listing optimization and guest communications to check-ins, housekeeping, and full operational management.
As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to contribute to the growth of a dynamic company.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Operations & Guest Management:

Oversee daily operations across all Airbnb and direct booking properties.

Ensure properties are guest-ready, including cleaning, maintenance, and stock replenishment.

Coordinate check-ins/check-outs and handle last-minute guest requests.
-
Resolve guest issues promptly to ensure a 5-star experience.

Monitor guest ratings and implement quality improvement measures.
Platform & Listing Management:

Manage and optimize listings across platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and Roomszy.

Ensure synchronization of calendars, rate updates, and booking accuracy.

Respond to guest inquiries and messages as needed.

Collaborate with the marketing team for photoshoots, staging, and content updates.
Team & Vendor Coordination:

Schedule and supervise cleaning, maintenance, and inspection teams.

Manage external partners for services like laundry, pest control, and more.

Conduct property inspections and proactively report any issues.
Finance & Inventory Oversight:

Manage monthly budgets for cleaning, maintenance, and supplies.

Track inventory (toiletries, linens, welcome packs) and place orders as needed.

Generate monthly income/expense reports for property owners.

Ensure compliance with DTCM regulations, licenses, insurance, and tourism fees.
Growth & Strategic Support:

Contribute to the onboarding of new properties (setup, furnishing, inspections).

Identify areas for process improvement to scale efficiently as the portfolio grows.

Assist in building standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training new team members.

Skills & Qualifications:
-
3–5 years of experience in operations management within short-term rentals, Airbnb hosting, or hotel property management.

Excellent understanding of Airbnb, Booking.com, and Property Management Software (PMS) platforms.
-
Proven ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks under pressure.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Tech-savvy (comfortable using apps, Google Workspace, CRMs, PMS systems).

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Valid UAE Driver’s License preferred (frequent property visits required).

Must be based in Dubai or able to relocate immediately.
