Job Description:

Take Charge of Renewable Energy EPC Projects in the Middle East!

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of renewable energy EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects in the Middle East. In this leadership role, you will manage the operational aspects of projects, ensuring that they are completed efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the operational management of renewable energy EPC projects, ensuring the timely and compliant execution across all phases: design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations & maintenance (O&M).

• Coordinate the allocation of resources across project phases to optimize efficiency and performance.

• Establish and refine operational systems and management procedures to align with local market needs.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, EPC contractors, local authorities, and subcontractors.

• Monitor project progress, managing safety, quality, schedule, and cost to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Support the company’s growth strategy by contributing to team development and localization efforts within the Middle East market.

Skills & Requirements:

• Male, ideally under 35 years old.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Project Management, Energy, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with at least 3 years in EPC project or operational management.

• Proven experience managing international projects, with a preference for those with Middle East experience.

• Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycle management and execution.

• Proficiency in both English and Chinese; English is the primary working language.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and cross-cultural communication skills.

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards.

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience: 5-10 years in the renewable energy industry.
