Creation Business Consultants is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the operations team and oversee compliance functions across the UAE, KSA, and other jurisdictions. This role is key in fostering strong relationships with government agencies, managing licensing processes, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for setting targets, creating and implementing strategies, and providing leadership to a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:

Set, monitor, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly operations team targets.

Prepare operations team reports for the Managing Director (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly).

Develop and implement annual operations strategies and SOPs.
-
Maintain key strategic partnerships and stakeholders across UAE, KSA, and other jurisdictions.

Foster cross-functional collaboration within the CBC group to meet strategic objectives.

Manage the client onboarding process and ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Collaborate with Finance for invoice preparation, collation, and reconciliation.

Oversee all aspects of licensing from company incorporation to renewals.

Provide regular team follow-ups on client project updates and operations tasks within the CRM.
Qualifications & Experience:

Degree qualified in business administration, compliance, or a relevant field.

5+ years of experience in corporate or professional services within UAE, KSA.

Proven experience in team management, leadership, and operational project management.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho).

Strong knowledge of the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and wider GCC markets.
