Bitfunded, a leading EdTech company, is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize its operations in Dubai. This role focuses on scaling processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless digital education delivery. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in EdTech operations, leadership skills, and a track record of driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement high-impact operational strategies to drive business scalability.

Oversee end-to-end operations, ensuring efficiency in product deployment, customer experience, and service delivery.

Lead cross-functional teams, coordinating with product, engineering, customer success, and marketing departments.

Optimize learning platform performance for high availability, security, and user engagement.

Establish and refine SOPs, policies, and workflows to improve operational efficiency.

Utilize data-driven decision-making and analytics to enhance business outcomes.

Drive customer satisfaction by overseeing support operations and ensuring top-tier user experiences.

Ensure compliance with global education standards and data protection policies.

Identify and mitigate operational risks and challenges.

Spearhead cost optimization while maintaining high-quality service delivery.

Oversee financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.

Lead process automation and digital transformation initiatives for efficiency and scalability.

Represent the company in strategic meetings, partnerships, and industry events.
Skills & Experience Required:

10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the EdTech industry.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Technology, or a related field.

Strong understanding of technology-driven learning platforms, AI-driven education solutions, and SaaS models.

Proven ability to scale operations in high-growth environments.

Experience managing multi-geographical operations with a focus on efficiency and compliance.

Deep expertise in CRM, Learning Management Systems (LMS), automation tools, and analytics platforms.

Exceptional problem-solving, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to work in fast-paced and complex regulatory environments.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in EdTech business transformation, mergers & acquisitions, or large-scale operational restructuring.
