Role Overview:
The Operations Lead – Oil & Gas will manage technical and inspection teams, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with international standards such as API, ASME, AWS, and ISO. The role involves strategic planning, client engagement, resource allocation, and driving process improvements within TPI and QA/QC operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technical teams, inspection operations, and resource allocation.

• Serve as the primary client interface, addressing technical and commercial queries.

• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, tender submissions, and client presentations.

• Drive process optimization, digitalization, and service improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with international standards and support internal audits.

• Collaborate with management to align technical capabilities with business objectives.

• Maintain communication with clients on scheduling, progress, and performance feedback.

• Utilize SRM/ERP systems for vendor management, qualifications, and compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent).

• 8–15 years’ experience in QA/QC, inspection, or surveying; 3–5 years in managerial roles.

• Strong experience in Third-Party Inspection (TPI) and source inspections.

• Knowledge of international standards: API, ASME, AWS, ISO.

• CSWIP certification mandatory.

• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.

• Proficient with inspection software, ERP, CRM, and SRM tools.

• Valid UAE driving license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ office-based experience managing clients, vendors, and inspection teams.

• Exposure to Marine Ports, Oilfields, and Renewable Energy projects.

• Experience with global vendor inspections and inter-branch coordination.

• Nationalities preferred: Filipino, Indian, Jordanian, Egyptian, or Emirati.
