Careem is looking for an experienced Operations Lead – Logistics to manage and enhance the performance of its captain fleet in Dubai. This full-time position is ideal for professionals with a background in logistics, operations, or 3PL, who are passionate about driving operational excellence in a dynamic, high-paced environment.

As the Operations Lead, you’ll play a vital role in managing day-to-day fleet operations, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the smooth implementation of SOPs to achieve business KPIs. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on problem-solving, performance tracking, and building scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the captain fleet and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

• Manage the entire captain recruitment cycle — sourcing, onboarding, and activation.

• Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize performance.

• Lead operational teams to maintain high standards of delivery, support, and service.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve key operational KPIs.

• Monitor fleet performance and prepare weekly reports for internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.

• 2–5 years of experience in fast-paced operations or the 3PL industry.

• Proven project management and team leadership skills.

• Strong data analysis capabilities; knowledge of SQL is a plus.

• Excellent communication in English and Hindi/Urdu; Arabic is an added advantage.

• Valid UAE driving license.
