Job Title: Operations & HR Generalist

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations & Human Resources (HR) Generalist to support our growing team. In this role, you will oversee administrative HR functions, optimize operational processes, and enhance employee experiences. Your contributions will help attract, retain, and support top talent, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at TKS.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 HR & Employee Management
✔ Standardize and improve the onboarding process for new hires.
✔ Manage payroll, employee benefits, and reimbursements.
✔ Process visa applications and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
✔ Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
✔ Assist with performance reviews and employee feedback collection.

🔹 Operations & Administration
✔ Ensure a well-maintained office environment for an excellent employee experience.
✔ Track expenses, process payments, and optimize HR workflows.
✔ Support daily operations and help streamline administrative systems.
✔ Coordinate team events, training sessions, and professional development programs.

🔹 Recruitment & Talent Support
✔ Assist with sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and recruitment efforts.
✔ Improve HR and operational systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
✔ Provide support and guidance to employees, enhancing their overall work experience.

Requirements & Skills:

✅ Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, operations, or administration.
✅ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
✅ Detail-oriented with experience in payroll, benefits, and visa processing.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support employees effectively.
✅ Ability to adapt and take on new responsibilities as needed.

💰 Salary: 8,000 – 10,000 AED/month
