Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Operations Executive – Audio Visual (AV) to coordinate and oversee AV operations for live events, meetings, and installations. This role involves managing AV equipment setup, troubleshooting, and team coordination to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate scheduling, setup, operation, and dismantling of AV equipment for live events, meetings, and installations.

• Monitor AV technicians’ workflow to ensure timely and professional delivery.

• Oversee inventory management including tracking, maintenance, and procurement of AV equipment.

• Provide on-site or remote AV setup and troubleshooting support to minimize downtime.

• Liaise with clients to understand AV requirements and provide technical advice.

• Act as the main point of contact for AV issues during events or meetings.

• Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians and freelancers.

• Coordinate support from freelance technicians or third-party vendors when required.

• Maintain accurate logs of AV activities, equipment usage, and incidents.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Audiovisual Technology, Media Production, Electronics, or related fields preferred.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in AV operations, event production, or technical services.

• Experience with online meeting platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Webex is a plus.
