Job Title: Operations Director 

Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Operations Director to join a leading digital creative agency in Dubai, renowned for delivering high-profile luxury and government projects across the Middle East. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who excels in optimizing internal processes, aligning cross-departmental operations, and driving agency-wide performance from behind the scenes.

As the Operations Director, you will ensure all moving parts—from HR and finance to project execution—are aligned, efficient, and effective. You will serve as the right hand to the CEO, transforming strategic visions into seamless execution across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agency Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments to ensure high-level efficiency and timely project delivery.

  • Process Optimization: Evaluate current workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement scalable operational systems.

  • Executive Support: Act as the bridge between the CEO and all departments to ensure alignment and strategic clarity.

  • HR Oversight: Partner with HR to manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives that support company culture.

  • Financial Collaboration: Work alongside the finance team to oversee budgeting, expenditure tracking, and financial strategy.

  • Performance Monitoring: Create and maintain KPIs, performance dashboards, and operational reports to measure impact and guide decisions.

  • Resource Management: Allocate budgets, resources, and timelines strategically to ensure top-quality project outcomes.

  • Team Coordination: Champion interdepartmental collaboration and drive high-performance culture across the agency.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in operations or project management, ideally within a creative or marketing agency. Experience in HR and finance oversight is a plus.

  • Expertise: Strong grasp of budgeting, resource planning, and project management tools.

  • Core Skills: Leadership, strategic thinking, multitasking, and exceptional communication abilities.

  • Traits: Visionary, detail-oriented, agile, and highly organized.
