Siemens Energy is seeking a proactive and strategic Operational Excellence Project Manager to join its team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position plays a key role in enhancing efficiency across the Compression Services organization in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will lead process improvement initiatives, manage KPIs, streamline execution processes, and leverage digital tools to support seamless service delivery. Job Responsibilities:

Lead and execute projects to optimize service order processes across parts, repairs, field services, and advanced business areas.

Develop standardized tools and dashboards to track the end-to-end implementation of service orders.

Identify process bottlenecks and propose practical solutions to address inefficiencies.

Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as On-Time Delivery, Lead Time, NPS, and Project Margins.

Conduct data analysis and deliver performance insights to senior leadership.

Facilitate continuous improvement through Kaizen events, training workshops, and team coaching.

Support customer satisfaction by aligning operational excellence with service expectations.

Occasionally manage service orders directly as required.

Domestic and international travel may be required (10–20%).
Skills & Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, operational excellence, or process improvement.

Prior experience in a service-oriented or energy industry organization is a plus.

Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency with data analysis tools and dashboard platforms (Tableau, Power BI preferred).

Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP and emerging AI-based tools is advantageous.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a self-motivated, problem-solving mindset.
