Position Overview:
Selected candidates will join Air Arabia’s cabin crew team, providing exceptional in-flight service and ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction. The role requires enthusiasm, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during all flight operations.

• Deliver high-quality customer service and create a positive travel experience.

• Perform safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with all onboard procedures.

• Handle passenger inquiries and manage in-flight sales and services.

• Respond effectively to in-flight emergencies and maintain calm under pressure.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and professional demeanor.

• Ability to swim and meet the physical standards required for cabin crew duties.

• Prior experience in customer-facing roles or aviation is preferred but not mandatory.
