B&S, a global leader in the consumer goods industry, is seeking an Onboarding Employee – Product Data Management to ensure the integrity and accuracy of product master data. The role involves managing product records, classifying products using customs/HS codes, analyzing data for quality assurance, and improving data management workflows. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and adept at collaborating across business units.
Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain product master data aligned with company standards.

Classify products using customs/HS codes and ensure compliance.

Analyze and prepare product data to maintain quality and consistency.

Evaluate and improve current data management processes.
-
Provide process-oriented advice and support to internal stakeholders.

Ensure that new data meets quality and consistency standards.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in administrative or back-office roles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Process-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail.
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Experience:

Knowledge of customs/HS code classification.

Experience in process improvement.

Background in the Food and Beverage sector.
