Job Title: Onboarding Analyst
Location: Hybrid – Office in Central Business District (up to 2 days remote per week)

The Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Onboarding Analyst to join our high-performing compliance and onboarding team. You’ll help ensure a smooth, secure, and compliant onboarding experience for new clients — helping us grow responsibly while delivering top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out client onboarding in line with our compliance framework.

Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for higher-risk clients and jurisdictions.

Collaborate with the Sales team to guide them on required client documentation.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert, supporting the development of junior team members.

Leverage internal tools and training to enhance your AML/KYC expertise and move toward full Onboarding Team membership.
What We’re Looking For:

Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)

Prior experience in AML/KYC, especially EDD in a financial institution

A strong understanding of international business practices

Detail-oriented mindset with analytical strength and risk awareness

A collaborative team player with the ability to think critically and propose solutions
