The Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Onboarding Analyst to join our high-performing compliance and onboarding team. You’ll help ensure a smooth, secure, and compliant onboarding experience for new clients — helping us grow responsibly while delivering top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out client onboarding in line with our compliance framework.

• Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for higher-risk clients and jurisdictions.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to guide them on required client documentation.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert, supporting the development of junior team members.

• Leverage internal tools and training to enhance your AML/KYC expertise and move toward full Onboarding Team membership.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)

• Prior experience in AML/KYC, especially EDD in a financial institution

• A strong understanding of international business practices

• Detail-oriented mindset with analytical strength and risk awareness

• A collaborative team player with the ability to think critically and propose solutions

• Fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
