Job Title: On-Site Operations Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated On-Site Operations Coordinator to join our team in Dubai Investment Park 2 (DIP 2). Our company offers top-quality boarding, daycare, grooming, and training services for pets, and we need a hands-on team member to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily check-in and check-out of dogs, ensuring accurate and smooth transitions with complete care instructions.

• Communicate feeding schedules, medications, and special needs clearly to the team.

• Monitor the health and wellbeing of dogs on-site, reporting any issues promptly and guiding the Customer Support team accordingly.

• Track daily food intake, manage inventory, and coordinate with the Admin team on restocking and payment confirmations.

• Organize and oversee veterinary appointments, ensuring pet parents receive timely updates via Customer Support.

• Coordinate with transport and mobile grooming teams, managing any delays and updating clients through support channels.

• Maintain inventory across all service areas; liaise with vendors to restock supplies as needed.

• Address client concerns and complaints professionally, offering empathetic, solutions-focused support.

• Adapt quickly to changing situations, staying composed and efficient in a busy, animal-loving work environment.

Requirements:

• Availability for 6 days a week, 10-hour shifts.

• Prior operations experience—pet care industry experience is a bonus.

• A genuine passion for animals and comfort around dogs of all breeds and sizes.

• Tech-savvy and confident with digital systems and internal tools.

• Strong English communication skills—both verbal and written.

• Great at multitasking and handling pressure, especially during peak hours or client escalations.

• Must be located in or willing to work from DIP 2, Dubai.
