The Offline Event Specialist at MEXC is responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing offline events such as conferences, meetups, and workshops. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing events within the cryptocurrency industry, particularly for top-ranked exchanges. The role requires strong project management skills, an understanding of the cryptocurrency market, and the ability to drive event success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute a range of offline events, including conferences, meetups, and workshops, both regionally and globally.

• Develop innovative event concepts that align with MEXC’s brand and marketing objectives.

• Manage event production, including venue selection, vendor management, logistics, and on-site coordination.

• Create and implement marketing strategies to drive event attendance and engagement.

• Manage event budgets, ensuring events are delivered on time and within budget.

• Measure and report on event performance based on established KPIs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (clients, vendors, internal teams).

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of event management experience, particularly within the cryptocurrency industry.

  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful offline events for top-ranked crypto exchanges.

• Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency industry, including market trends and regulations.

  • Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Fluency in English; fluency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.

  • Experience in budget management and financial reporting.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
