Job Overview:
ADCB is seeking a dedicated professional to join their Trade Finance Operations team. The role involves processing trade finance transactions accurately, maintaining records, liaising with relationship teams, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process trade finance transactions in line with bank policies, SOPs, and credit terms without errors.

  • Coordinate with relationship teams to acquire approvals for transactions.

  • Maintain transaction records and reconcile accounts according to bank standards.

  • Adhere to organizational and departmental policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.

  • Manage personal performance in line with ADCB’s people management policies.

  • Apply ADCB Service Standards to deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Finance, with knowledge of banking and accounting systems for core trade products.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Accounting, or equivalent.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Access.

  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
