The Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority is seeking an Officer – Market Research to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, entering, cleaning, and analyzing data to create databases and perform statistical analysis. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of meeting summaries, agendas for B2B meetings, and internal/external presentations. The candidate will also manage updates on the center’s website, social media channels, and newsletters, while supporting the HTMC Directors in generating new business opportunities. Administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments will also be part of the role.
Responsibilities:

• Collect, enter, clean, and analyze data for database creation and statistical analysis.

• Assist with preparing meeting summaries, B2B meeting agendas, and presentations.

• Update the center’s website, social media, and newsletters with relevant content.

• Support HTMC Directors in lead generation and new business opportunities.

• Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments via phone and email.

• Execute other assigned responsibilities.

Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to compile, review, filter, synthesize, and interpret varied information from multiple sources.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills (written, oral, and visual).

• Ability to work effectively with staff at all levels and in agile development teams or remote setups.

• Strong commitment to upholding the code of ethics and business conduct.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, International Business, or a related field.

• Experience: 1-2 years in a research or consulting role.

Communication Skills:

• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Spanish, Chinese, or French are a plus.

ICT Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
