Drydocks World, a leading maritime service provider in the Middle East, is actively seeking a passionate and dedicated Officer – Happiness & Employee Engagement to join its Human Resources team in Dubai. This opportunity is exclusively for UAE Nationals who are committed to building a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for creating and executing employee engagement initiatives that align with company values. Your work will play a key role in enhancing employee well-being, morale, and satisfaction across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage engagement programs and well-being initiatives that reflect the company’s culture

Conduct employee satisfaction and engagement surveys; analyze results and develop improvement plans

Organize recognition programs, celebratory events, and morale-boosting activities

Serve as the main point of contact for employee feedback, concerns, and suggestions

Collaborate with different departments to promote engagement and happiness initiatives

Generate reports and presentations highlighting engagement trends and recommended actions

Promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and contribute to corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects

Stay updated on global best practices in workplace happiness and recommend relevant strategies
Job Requirements:

Must be a UAE National with Family Book

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
-
3–5 years of relevant experience in employee engagement, HR, or organizational development

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-
Proactive, empathetic, and team-oriented personality
