flydubai, the dynamic and fast-growing Middle Eastern airline, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Officer – Crew Training Support to provide essential managerial and administrative support to the Training Management team. This role supports both the Airline Operations Center (AOC) and the Approved Training Organization (ATO), focusing on commercial training activities and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the administration and staffing requirements of AOC and ATO training operations.

Prepare budget forecasts and plans for the Training Department in coordination with area managers.

Oversee and control the electronic training system, managing training forms, resources, and records.

Handle all interactions with external customers, including course sales, planning, and logistics.

Manage service contracts, SLAs, and NDAs supporting third-party training services.

Streamline payment collection processes and validate prerequisites for customers.

Calculate course costs and profit margins; maintain comprehensive training and payment records.

Manage the flydubai Training Centre website and associated social media advertising efforts.

Support short-term and long-term training administration projects.

Maintain and update operational manuals and training procedures.

Coordinate day-to-day operational needs with the Crew Training team.

Serve as the primary liaison between Training Management, instructors, and other departments.

Plan, coordinate, and document meetings and events as required.

Maintain records for auditing, including licenses, qualifications, training staff credentials, and coordinate revalidation processes.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.

Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

5 to 7 years experience in an aviation administrative or managerial capacity.

Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
