A well-established marketing services company based in Dubai is looking for an organized and proactive Office Personal Assistant to support its senior management team. This full-time, on-site role will involve providing high-level administrative support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executives’ schedules, calendars, and appointments.

  • Handle internal and external communications, including emails and phone calls.

  • Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.

  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and ensure action items are followed up.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and expense reports.

  • Maintain filing systems and manage confidential information discreetly.

  • Assist in daily office operations and collaborate with various departments.

  • Support event planning and marketing activities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management tools.

  • Professional demeanor with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

  • Previous experience in a marketing or creative environment is a plus.
