Dubai Careers is looking for an Office Manager for Social Development. This position involves supporting the executive office in various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication between leadership, staff, and external stakeholders, and organizing the executive’s schedules and business trips.
Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate communication between the executive and leadership teams to ensure workflow efficiency.

Organize international trips, conferences, and events for the executive, including benchmarking plans.

Prepare outgoing correspondence from the executive’s office, both internally and externally.

Develop and track the progress of executive office projects.

Coordinate agendas and presentations for management meetings.
-
Monitor departmental performance based on KPIs and ensure compliance.

Create and track the annual internal and external communication plan for the executive and management.
Required Skills & Experience:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Experience: 3 years of experience in secretarial and administrative work.
-
Skills: Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic (spoken and written), proficient in computer use.
