Job Description
Our company is looking for an Office Manager to handle and manage online swimwear orders efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
📦 Order Management & Processing
- Process and manage customer orders efficiently.
- Consult customers on product sizes and availability.
- Pack and prepare orders for courier dispatch.
📱 Customer Communication & Social Media Handling
- Respond to customer inquiries on Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Provide exceptional customer service through clear and timely communication.
- Assist in growing and managing the brand’s online presence.
🚚 Logistics & Coordination
- Arrange shipping and deliveries with courier services.
- Ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely dispatch.
Working Conditions
🕒 Schedule: 6 days a week, 5 hours/day (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
💼 Office-Based Role – Work from our Business Bay, Dubai office.
Qualifications & Skills
✔ Fluent in English (Russian is a plus).
✔ Strong computer skills and ability to work with e-commerce platforms.
✔ Experience in e-commerce or fashion retail is preferred.
✔ Familiarity with Instagram & customer communication best practices.
