Experienced Office Manager | Law Firm | Full-Time | Dubai, UAE
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to lead the administrative operations of a growing international law firm in Dubai. With a minimum of 5 years in office management, you will oversee daily office activities, supervise a team, and ensure the office functions at optimal levels. Your role will be crucial in creating a positive, collaborative environment for both the firm’s attorneys and staff while ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the Dubai office’s operations, ensuring a high-quality, efficient, and safe working environment.

Supervise and collaborate with local business services staff, including legal secretaries, receptionist, and office assistants.

Coordinate with the Business Development manager on marketing and client events, and with the IT coordinator for technology needs.

Manage office operations, including preparing budgets, vendor management, and billing reviews.

Handle all partner and employee residency, immigration, and DIFC court admissions processes.

Organize office events to promote team engagement and culture.

Coordinate office staffing, secretarial assignments, and performance evaluations.

Oversee office security, safety, and emergency systems in line with local regulations.

Act as a liaison between lawyers, staff, and management, ensuring clear communication across departments.

Provide supplemental training and orientation for new staff and ongoing development for current employees.
Essential Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of office management experience, ideally in a partnership or law firm environment.

Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Experience with firm software including word processing, spreadsheets, and organizational tools.

Leadership skills, with a proven track record in enabling a collaborative and productive team environment.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Prior experience working in a law firm or with relevant regulators in Dubai is preferred.
Salary:
AED 37,000 to 42,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
