The Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining a productive, efficient, and engaging workplace by managing administrative processes, office logistics, vendor relationships, and supporting employee onboarding and HR documentation. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and manage vendor relationships

Support basic HR tasks such as onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and documentation

Improve office procedures and reduce administrative inefficiencies

Organize team events and foster a positive workplace culture

Track and manage office budgets, expenses, and supplies
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)

Minimum 3 years’ experience in office management or administrative roles

Familiarity with basic HR processes and tools is a plus

Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR software tools

Experience managing office vendors, contracts, and supplies

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth company
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a corporate or rapidly growing startup

Knowledge of HR policies and employee engagement practices
