SunRice Group is seeking an experienced Office Manager for its Dubai office. This full-time, on-site role will involve managing the office’s daily operations, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the Middle East team. The Office Manager will be the point of contact for visitors and will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all office visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Manage suppliers and service providers, and assist with administrative tasks such as travel planning and booking accommodations.

  • Coordinate and manage global and local events for SunRice.

  • Organize and lead weekly office meetings.

  • Support the Head of Middle East with executive assistant responsibilities.

  • Foster a culture of professionalism and accuracy in all office activities.

Qualifications:

  • Must be based in the Middle East and have the appropriate visa to work in Dubai.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of office management experience in the region.

  • Strong administrative skills and proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer service-focused attitude.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and initiative to keep the office running smoothly.
